We empower whole communities to collaborate and create a safe, supportive atmosphere for all children, particularly the most vulnerable.
Bheem Integrated Development Society (BIRDS) is a nonprofit organization established in the year 2002 in Mandya District, Karnataka. Our work towards Rural Development, Education, Child Protection, Women Empowerment, and Health. We work to help children out of dangerous situations. We also work with communities to identify the roots of violence that lead to abuse, exploitation, trafficking, and other forms of violence against children.

Our vision is to actively contribute to the social and economic development of the communities in which we operate and to be an organization that continually responds to changing social realities through the development and application of knowledge, towards the development of a sustainable society that promotes and protects equality, social justice, and human rights for all.
OUR MISSION
To work towards the promotion of the aims and objectives of the development of society in pursuance of its vision and guiding principles. Through social work, research, and knowledge dissemination, the organization develops programs to aid in the development of our societies. Additionally, a larger portion of its local and national activities reach out to the general public.
Our Programs
Groundwater Awareness Program
Groundwater awareness program was conducted on 11-02-2020 & 12-12-2020 at Kirugavalu GHPS of Malavalli Taluk.
CAB (Childline Advisory Board) Meeting
We conducted the CAB meeting on April 11, 2019 at the DC office meeting hall, Mandya. The meeting was chaired by Dr. M. V. Venkatesh, IAS, Deputy Commissioner, Mandya District. Nearly 35 Allied Department officers participated.

Human Rights Day
We celebrated the anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, a milestone document, which proclaimed that every human being is entitled to certain inalienable rights. It was conducted on 10-12-2019 at Sri Vidyaganapati Vidya Institute, Kottathi, Mandya Taluk. The program was inaugurated by Kottathi Gram Panchayat President Somashekhar.28-Aug-2019
Internet Saathi
Internet Saathi program was held on 28-08-2019 at Gandhibhavan, Mandya. The program was narrated by DYSP Sri Gangadhara Swamy.17-May-2019
International Child Helpline Day
Childline 1098 service is a 24-hour free emergency phone outreach service for children in need of care and protection. CIF undertake replication of Childline, networking and facilitation, training research and documentation, and Communications and Strategic Initiatives both at the national and international level. This program was held on 17-05-2019 at Mandya West Police Station.Our Impact
